Yes. Prior to your first submission to our office, we will require a signed Producer Agreement, a copy of your license, and proof of Errors and Omissions coverage.

You are able to issue Commercial Auto certificates of insurance for most policies by clicking on Manage Your Policy. All other certificates of insurance can be requested by contacting us.

No. Your office does not have binding authority. Coverage is not considered bound until you have written confirmation from PGIA.

You must submit a request to services@pgiainsurance.com. Some policies may have advance notice requirements due to state or federal regulations.

Billing Questions

You may arrange financing on your own or we can provide a financing quote through a third party. We also offer a Direct Bill program that provides a variety of payment options on select risks. See our Billing Information for more details.

Yes. Please contact accounting@pgiainsurance.com to let us know the email address you want it sent to.

For agency bill policies, you retain the full commission amount from the payment. For direct bill, commissions are remitted approximately 60 days after each individual payment made by the insured.
